Side By Side Ops provides remote support services including inbox management, social media management, virtual assistance, customer support, bug triage, and data annotation. The specific scope of work is agreed upon before each engagement begins.
We aim to match each client with a specialist whose background is suited to their needs. We work to your SOPs and standards, and we follow your lead on tools, tone, and priorities.
All engagements begin with a free consultation call. During this call, we agree on scope, tools, access requirements, and expected outcomes. No work begins until both parties are aligned and an NDA has been signed.
Services are billed on a monthly basis. Pricing is agreed upon before the engagement starts and confirmed in writing. All plans are month-to-month with no long-term commitment required.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first month. If you are not satisfied with the service within the first 30 days, contact us and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.
This applies to new clients on their first engagement. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the engagement start date by emailing hello@sidebysideops.com.
We ask that clients use our services in a lawful and respectful manner. We reserve the right to end an engagement if we are asked to carry out work that is:
All engagements are covered by a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). We treat all client information with strict confidentiality and do not share it with any third party outside of what is required to deliver the agreed service.
We similarly ask that clients treat any operational information or processes we share with reasonable discretion.
Side By Side Ops provides support services in good faith and to the best of our ability. We are not liable for outcomes that result from information, access, or instructions provided by the client.
Our liability in any matter is limited to the total fees paid in the 30 days prior to the issue arising. We are not responsible for indirect losses, loss of profit, or consequential damages.
Either party may end the engagement with reasonable notice. We ask for a minimum of 7 days notice before the end of a billing period where possible, though we understand this is not always practical.
If you have any questions about these terms or wish to discuss anything before getting started:
We typically respond within one business day and are happy to answer any questions before you commit to anything.
