Every engagement is governed by a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). All client data is handled with care in line with applicable privacy regulations, including GDPR, CCPA, and equivalent frameworks worldwide.

We only collect information that is necessary to deliver and improve our services:

• Contact information you provide, such as your name, email address, and company name
• Service preferences and enquiry details submitted through our contact form
• Communication records between you and our team
• Operational data shared during the delivery of services (for example, inbox access or CRM data), governed by the terms of your individual NDA

3How We Use Your Data

Your data is used exclusively for the following purposes:

• Delivering the services you have engaged us for
• Communicating with you about your account or enquiry
• Improving the quality of our services over time
• Complying with legal obligations that apply to us

We never use your data for profiling, advertising, or any purpose outside the scope of your engagement with us.

4Data Security Measures

We take data security seriously. The following measures are applied across every client engagement:

• An NDA is signed before any access to client systems or data is granted
• Access is limited strictly to the tools and accounts required for your specific scope of work
• No client data is stored beyond what is required to deliver the service
• All team members are trained on data handling and confidentiality obligations
• Access credentials are managed securely and revoked immediately upon engagement completion

5Data Retention

We retain communication records for up to 12 months for service continuity purposes. Operational data (inbox access, CRM records, and similar) is not retained after an engagement ends.

You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at hello@sidebysideops.com. We will process the request promptly.

6Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data. This includes rights under GDPR (EU/EEA), CCPA (California), and equivalent legislation in other jurisdictions.
